Celebrate National Physical Fitness and Sports Month with OCMH
May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, and Osborne County Memorial Hospital (OCMH) is here to support your wellness journey! This month is all about encouraging healthy habits, movement, and preventive care for individuals and families across Osborne County.

Join the OCMH Walking Challenge (Now–May 24)
Take part in the OCMH Walking Challenge, running now through Friday, May 24! Track your steps, get moving, and feel the benefits of daily activity. All ages and abilities are encouraged to join—whether you're walking laps around the block or hitting the trail with friends.
Use the OCMH Public Walking Path
Need a place to walk? Our public walking path at OCMH is open daily and free to everyone! It's a safe, convenient space for exercise, fresh air, and connecting with neighbors.
Special Fridays: Stop by the walking path bench on Fridays in May for free drinks and healthy snacks, courtesy of OCMH. It’s our way of cheering you on and saying thank you for prioritizing your health.
Schedule Your Child’s School & Sports Physical
Get ahead of the game! OCMH is now scheduling school and sports physicals for area students. These exams are an important part of staying active and safe in athletics and academics.
Available Dates:
Wednesday, May 22
Wednesday, May 29
Wednesday, June 5
Appointments required – Call 785-346-2121 to schedule your student's physical.
Let’s Build a Healthier Osborne County—Together
Whether you're walking the path, getting a checkup, or encouraging your child to stay active, OCMH is proud to be your partner in health. Let’s celebrate fitness, community, and the small steps that lead to big change.
